Andrea O'Leary, Ph.D., currently serves as Vice President of Talent, Learning & Development and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at ESPN since July 2024. O'Leary is also a member of the EQ Community™, focusing on enhancing diversity and inclusion through networking and career opportunities. Previous roles include Vice President of Talent, Development and Inclusion at ModMed, and an extensive tenure at Aon from 2013 to 2023, where O'Leary held several leadership positions, including Global Head of Colleague Experience and Global Director of Culture Initiatives. Earlier career experiences include roles at CareerBuilder.com, Personified, United Airlines, and International Survey Research. O'Leary holds a Doctorate and a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Kansas.
