Carrie Shaw

Carrie Shaw is an experienced professional with a diverse background in office management, operations, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Manager of Office Service at Cara Chicago, Carrie focuses on unlocking the potential of individuals experiencing homelessness and poverty. Previous roles include Deputy Operations Manager at Finchley Reform Synagogue, where Carrie coordinated an office relocation project, and Alliance for Progressive Judaism Coordinator at Liberal & Reform Movement, managing partnerships and fundraising efforts. Carrie's early experience includes leadership and programming roles at Central Florida Hillel, where oversight was provided for programming aimed at Jewish students, as well as human resources positions across various organizations, highlighting expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and employee support. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Public/Applied History from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and has pursued further studies at the Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies.
