Rene Barron

Rene Barron is an experienced human resources professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Executive Director of HR at Cara Therapeutics since June 2017, Rene has previously held roles including Sr. Director of Human Resources at the same company and Director of Human Resources at Biodel Inc., where responsibilities included developing HR policies, conducting full cycle recruiting, and managing performance evaluation programs.
