Zachary Piracha

Zachary Piracha, PharmD, RPh, serves as the Associate Director of Drug Safety PV at Cara Therapeutics since September 2022. Previously, Zachary held various roles at Regeneron from August 2019 to June 2022, including Associate Manager and Sr. Global Patient Safety Specialist, where responsibilities included monitoring safety profiles and authoring regulatory documents across therapeutic areas including neurology, pain, oncology, and ophthalmology. Earlier experiences include serving as a Staff Pharmacist at Jones Drug Store, completing a pharmacovigilance risk management post-doctoral fellowship at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, and various pharmacy intern roles at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, RITE AID, Pfizer, and other healthcare facilities. Zachary obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from St. John's University in 2017.
