Miraj Chokshi

Miraj Chokshi is currently the VP of Product & Strategy at Carallel, LLC. Prior to this, they were the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Third Eye Health from February 2021 to January 2022. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Product at Third Eye Health from April 2016 to February 2021.

Prior to their time at Third Eye Health, Chokshi was a co-founder of Varsa Health from May 2014 to April 2016. Before that, they worked as a Product Designer at Wellable from January 2014 to September 2014.

Chokshi's experience also includes working as a Product & Research Coordinator at the Center for Behavioral Intervention Technologies at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine from May 2012 to July 2013. Prior to that, they served as the Technology Manager & Researcher at the Cognitive & Affective Neuroscience Lab at Loyola University Chicago from December 2009 to May 2012.

Miraj Chokshi's educational career includes obtaining a Bachelor's Degree from Loyola University Chicago and a Master's Degree from Tufts University.

Miraj Chokshi reports to Shara Cohen, President & CEO. They work with Matt Perrin - Director, Caregiver Engagement, Lesia Stuart - Director, Clinical Affairs, and Jennifer Piscitello - Director, Care Advocate Team.
