Fayza Seleste

Fayza Seleste has a diverse work experience in various industries. Fayza started their career in 2000 at L'Occitane en Provence as an Engineer trainee, where they worked on a logistic project. In 2002, they joined Parfums Christian Dior as an Engineer trainee, focusing on innovation projects. From 2002 to 2007, Fayza worked at Marie Surgelés, first as a Plant Kaizen Manager and Process Controller, and later as a Plant Management Controller. Fayza then moved on to Autoliv as a Supply Chain Management Controller from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Magneti Marelli, where they worked as a Management Controller and later as a Senior Management Controller until 2014. Fayza'snext role was at Dassault Aviation as a Program Management Controller from 2014 to 2017. Currently, Fayza is working at Carambar & Co as an Industrial Management Controller since 2017, with their most recent role being the Responsable Contrôle de Gestion Industriel Bonbons.

Fayza Seleste began their education journey in 1997 at Prépa La Martinière Montplaisir, where they pursued a degree in Mathématiques Supérieures. Fayza completed this degree in 1998. Following this, they enrolled at Ecole des Mines d'Alès from 1998 to 2002, working towards a Master 2 - Engineer degree in Industrial/Lean Management. In 2007, Fayza attended DEMOS for a short period and obtained a Certificat en compta analytique in Contrôle de Gestion.
