Patrice MEHL is an experienced industrial leader with a strong background in operations management and lean methodologies. Currently serving as Directeur Industriel at Carambar & Co since November 2019, Patrice oversees the chocolate factory operations, focusing on integration, operational excellence, and financial performance. Prior to this, a long tenure at Mars from 1992 to 2019 included various roles such as Directeur Usine and Directeur des opérations, managing large teams and driving initiatives in safety, quality, and performance across ice cream and confectionery brands. Patrice holds multiple degrees in electrical engineering and lean management, including a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Competency Level 2 certification, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement in manufacturing environments.
