Nadeem Bhatti has over 13 years of work experience in various roles. In 2008, they began their career as an Operation Manager at Farm Foods Ltd. Middlesex, London, where they were responsible for maintaining required standards of merchandising, POS, product availability and quality control, managing 6 staff members and daily ROTA, and value stock at required intervals. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Lead Operation and Sales Manager at Ovex Technologies, where they were responsible for bulk purchasing from vendors, tracking orders and deliveries, and providing final reports including current, sold, and missing stock in store. From 2011 to 2021, they worked as a Regional Operation Manager, Lease and Renta at Hanco, where they oversaw operations in the central region which included 4 cities and 7 outlets, optimized operations, team building and process, and managed 4000 plus fleet through 7 KAE's directly reporting, and managing more than 70 clients overall. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Budget Rent a Car, where they managed day to day operational responsibility for existing and new clients, monitored and managed customer queries in accordance with workshop matters, and assisted clients with best available fleet as per client requirements. Currently, they are the Head of Operations at Carasti Car Subscriptions.
