Kevin Shnier

Kevin Shnier has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role is as a Counsel at Axiom since 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Counsel at Caravel Law from 2008 to the present, providing in-house counsel services to multiple private companies on an outsourced basis.

In 2009, Kevin served as the Outside General Counsel at AudienceView, where they led the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts for a white-label ticketing and e-commerce platform. Kevin also provided strategic guidance to the Senior Leadership Team on legal and corporate matters during the company's transition from enterprise software to Software-as-a-Service model.

Before that, they co-founded Share Impact in 2007, an online platform that allows retail investors to register their portfolios and vote share proxies in alignment with their values. Kevin played a crucial role in drafting the business plan, investment materials, and negotiating financing documentation.

Kevin also has experience in private equity, having worked as a Private Equity Associate at EdgeStone Capital Partners from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they served as a Corporate Attorney at both Goodwin Procter LLP from 2005 to 2006 and Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault LLP from 2001 to 2005.

Their career began with an internship in Business Development/M&A at Manulife Financial in 1999.
