Mark Wainman

Mark Wainman has a diverse work experience in the legal and business development fields. Mark is currently working at Caravel Law as a Lawyer, practicing in association with the company. Mark specializes in deal law in the Canadian technology space. Prior to joining Caravel Law, Mark worked at London Psychological Services as an Operations and Business Development Leader. Mark also had a long tenure at IBM, where they started as a Lawyer in the Procurement Group and later transitioned to the role of Contracts Engagement Advisor, utilizing their expertise in IT contracts.

Mark Wainman completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law at Western University from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Brock University from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a BA degree in Politics & Liberal Studies.
