Tania McEwan

Tania McEwan, CHRP, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Attraction and Human Resources at Caravel Law since June 2021, Tania previously held significant roles at iA Financial Group, including Human Resources Consultant and Talent Acquisition Consultant, where skills were honed within one of Canada's leading life and health insurance companies. Tania's expertise in full cycle talent acquisition has been developed through various positions at organizations such as Morneau Shepell, Matrix Logistics, Lowe's Home Improvement, Allstate, Shepell.fgi, CIBC, and Manpower, spanning over a decade. Tania holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources from Ryerson University.
