Heather Y. Davis, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Heather Y. began their career as an HR associate at Engelhard Corporation in 1996, where they worked for three years. Heather Y. then joined Emerson in 2000, where they held various roles such as Sr. Human Resources Rep, HSSE Program Manager, and Staffing Super. In 2005, they transitioned to the West Point Association of Graduates as a Career Programs Manager. Heather returned to Emerson in 2007 as an HR Specialist in Technical Recruiting before moving to Monument Chemical in 2010. At Monument Chemical, they served as a People Leader and HR Manager, playing a crucial role in aligning HR strategy with business strategy and advising management on employment law. Their most recent position was at Carbide Industries LLC, where they served as the Director of HR & EHS, contributing to the development of business strategy and maintaining corporate leadership.
