Pekka Järvenpää

Pekka Järvenpää has an extensive work experience in product development, specifically in the field of horticulture and composting. Pekka has held various roles in companies such as Carbo Culture, Kekkilä-BVB, Kekkilä Professional, Kekkilä Group, and Vapo Oy Biotech. Their experience includes positions as a Product Development Manager, Head of Quality Assurance, and Operation Manager. Pekka has also worked in research and sourcing roles, focusing on developing new raw materials and processing methods. Most recently, they have served as the Product Development Lead for Biochar at Carbo Culture.

Pekka Järvenpää completed their Finnish Matriculation Examination at Tampereen lyseon lukio from 1990 to 1993. Pekka then continued their education at the University of Jyväskylä, where they obtained an M.Sc in Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry and Environmental Science from 1994 to 2008.
