Clayton Gardinier

Clayton Gardinier possesses extensive experience in the field of materials science, particularly focused on diamond and superabrasive technologies. Currently serving as a Research Engineer/Scientist at Carbo Ceramics, Clayton previously held roles as a Senior Scientist at Dimicron, where significant advancements were made in the development of super high-pressure processes for producing diamond hip and spinal joints. At US Synthetic Corp, Clayton contributed to the formulation of innovative products and processes for diamond drill bits used in oil and gas drilling. Prior scientific positions include tenures at Crystallume Inc. and GE Superabrasives, where research and development efforts centered on diamond and cubic boron nitride production.
