David Girouard

David Girouard has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. David is currently Vice President of Manufacturing at CARBO, where they oversee various aspects of a ceramic proppant manufacturing facility. Prior to this role, they served as the Plant Manager at the same company, managing a large production facility. David also has experience as a Production Manager in Research and Development, where they were responsible for the design, construction, and operation of a manufacturing process. Additionally, they worked as a Supply Chain Project Engineer, handling capital projects for rail and truck terminals. Before entering the private sector, David served in the US Navy, holding positions such as Assistant Public Works Officer and Assistant Resident Officer in Charge of Construction. David received training in the Navy's Civil Engineer Corps and was commissioned as an Ensign.

David Girouard completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Louisiana State University, which they obtained in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2001.
