Luca Mannocci

Luca Mannocci has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Luca started their career as an Intern at Università degli Studi di Pisa in 2003, where they focused on the synthesis of natural occurring compounds and in vitro testing. In 2009, they joined Philochem AG as the Head of DNA-Encoded Chemistry and drug discovery technology, where they managed projects and business development activities, including collaboration negotiations with major pharmaceutical companies. In 2012, Luca became a Technology Expert and Consultant / Business Owner at DECLTech, providing expertise and consultation in technology. Luca also joined CARBOGEN AMCIS as the Manager ADC, a role they began in December 2012. Additionally, in 2015, Luca co-founded DyNAbind. Throughout their career, Luca has demonstrated a strong background in chemistry and drug discovery, as well as skills in project management, business development, and collaboration negotiation.

Luca Mannocci received their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry - Biotechnology from ETH Zürich, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry from Università degli Studi di Pisa, attending from 1999 to 2004. For their high school education, Luca obtained their High School Diploma in Natural Sciences at Liceo Scientifico U. Dini, attending from 1994 to 1999.

In addition to their academic degrees, Luca Mannocci obtained the certification of CODEMA PHARMA ACKNOWLEDGED EXPERT from CODEMA PHARMA S.A. in December 2018.
