Joel Womack started their work experience in 2002 as a Branch Store Manager at Sherwin-Williams Paint Co. Joel then moved on to Caldwell Coatings in 2007, where they served as the Coatings Division - Operations Manager until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Caldwell Coatings as the Director of Sales. After that, they joined IREX Contracting Group - Advanced Industrial Services in 2015 as an ACSR - Area Construction Sales Representative. In 2016, they joined Carboline Company as a Technical Sales Representative, where they currently work.

Joel Womack's education history begins with their high school education at Henderson County High School, which they attended from 1993 to 1996. Joel then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business at Murray State University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
