Mid Casey Melancon

Casey Melancon has a work experience spanning several industries and roles. They currently work as the Director of Sales at Carboline, a global leader in high-performance coatings, linings, and fireproofing products. Casey previously served as a Board Member and Managing Director at Schmidt Abrasive Blasting, a manufacturer and distributor of industrial blasting equipment.

Prior to that, Casey held various positions at PSS Industrial Group, including Vice President of Supply Chain and President of Airtech. PSS Industrial Group is a leading value-added distributor in the energy industry. Casey also worked as the General Manager at Industrial Air Tool, a leader in industrial distribution, and as an Assistant Vice President at Marco Group International, Inc., a provider of surface preparation and protective coatings products and services.

Earlier in their career, Casey served as a Service Delivery Operations Manager at Staples Business Advantage, where they developed customized programs for business customers. They also worked as a Service Manager II at FedEx Ground and held multiple roles at Coastal Welding Supply, including Production/Distribution Coordinator, Purchasing, and Industrial Sales.

Throughout their work history, Casey has demonstrated expertise in sales, operations management, supply chain, and industrial distribution.

Casey Melancon earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Technology/Engineering from Lamar University, where they attended from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Casey obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Lamar Institute of Technology during the same period. Following this, they pursued a Masters Degree in Industrial Distribution at Texas A&M University, completing their studies from 2004 to 2006.
