Per Aarnæs

Per Aarnæs has a diverse range of work experience, with their most recent role being an Operations Manager at Carboline since November 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Vice President at OceanSaver AS from July 2015 to October 2017. Per also served as a Production Manager at Trelleborg Offshore Norway from April 2013 to June 2015, and as a Plant Manager at Norsk Gjenvinning from November 2011 to April 2013. Before that, Per Aarnæs was the CEO at Askim Mek. Verksted AS from May 2005 to October 2011. Per also worked as a Production Manager at Normet Group - Onyx Gruppen from March 2003 to April 2005, and at Lantmännen, Cerealia Unibake from February 2001 to February 2003. Per Aarnæs started their career as a Project Engineer at Norske Skog, Hurum Tofte from May 1995 to June 1997, and later became the Department Manager of Mechanical-, Building and Project from July 1997 to January 2001.

Per Aarnæs obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Østfold University College (HiØ) between the years 1986-1989. Per then pursued further education at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1991-1993, earning a Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering.
