Roger Williams is an accomplished Quality Manager with extensive experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently employed at Carbolite Gero since May 2018, Roger has held roles in continuous improvement and quality engineering. Previously, from September 2011 to April 2018, Roger served as a Project Manager in the JCB Cabs Division, overseeing various project stages for cabin design and upgrades, along with responsibilities as a Group Quality Auditor to standardize operations globally. Prior to that, Roger completed a three-year Advanced Modern Apprenticeship as a Maintenance Engineer at British Sugar. Educational qualifications include a 1st BEng Hons in Engineering Design and Development from Harper Adams University and multiple Higher National Certificates in Electrical, Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering from Telford College of Arts and Technology.
