Robert Forster

Robert Forster is an accomplished sustainability professional currently serving as CEO and Founder of ClimaShare since May 2023, and as a Sustainability Manager at WAP Sustainability since October 2023. With extensive experience in sustainability consulting, Robert has a strong background in carbon accounting, product transparency, and ESG program development. Additionally, Robert contributes as a Co-Instructor for the Sustainability Metrics Course at Lipscomb University and holds a leadership position as Co-Chair of the North American Regional Group for the Carbon Accounting Alliance. Previous roles include ESG Specialist and Senior Project Manager at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, and sustainability-related positions at WAP Sustainability, CED Greentech, and AT&T. Robert holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Studies from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Tickle College of Engineering at the University of Tennessee, complemented by a minor in Business Administration.
