In 2019, they began working as an exclusive sales representative for EcoCarbon Innovations EcoSOL rCB Multi™, where they sell goods from manufacturers to businesses and other organizations. Prior to this, they were a Business Development Manager for Carbon Activated Corp. from 2016-2019, Executive Agent, Sales for Oxbow Activated Carbon from 2015-2016, Sales Manager/Activated Carbon Sales and Logistics Management for Winfield Industries, Inc. & Winfield Industries, (H.K.) LTD. from 1996-2015, Engineering Technician for Magic Manufacturing from 1995-1996, Engineering Technician for Applied Materials Inc. from 1993-1995, Systems Installation Technician for Particle Measuring Systems, Inc. from 1993-1993, Specialty Gas Technician for Air Products and Chemicals from 1990-1993, and Industrial Electrical and Instruments Specialist for Triad Electric and Controls, Inc. from 1990-1989. Spencer began their career in 1989 as a Production Operator for Sematech Semiconductor.
