James Regulinski has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2010, they worked as an Event Organizer for the International Development Design Summit. From 2011 to 2012, they served as an Engineering Intern at Noribachi, where they conducted an engineering study on LED lighting for agriculture and assisted in designing and building a solar sound system. In 2011, they also worked as a Lab Manager at the Sustainability Lab.
In 2012, James joined Waste Enterprisers as a Fellow: Process Engineer, where they conducted tests to verify the feasibility of converting fecal sludge to solid fuel for industrial applications.
From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at ALL Power Labs and was involved in the design, testing, and production of the version 5 gasifier for the Power Pallet, a device that provides renewable electricity from biomass.
In 2014, James co-founded Post Works LLC and served until 2015. In the same year, they joined EtaGen, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer.
From 2016 to 2019, they worked as the CTO at Osmo Systems, contributing to the development of Osmobot, a platform for online water quality monitoring in fish and shrimp farms.
Most recently, in 2020, James became a Co-Founder of Carbon Collective, focusing on aligning investments with climate change solutions.
James Regulinski attended Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering.
