Paulo Quadri

Paulo Quadri is a skilled forest scientist currently employed at Carbon Direct since April 2024. Previously, Paulo served as a Strategy Engagement Manager at NCX from August 2021 to March 2024 and held the position of Conservation Director at Sky Island Alliance between July 2020 and August 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Affiliate at the University of Vermont and a lecturer on Tropical Ecology and Conservation at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Paulo completed a PhD at UC Santa Cruz and has also worked as a project manager and project specialist at the National Commission of Protected Areas. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Forestry and Environmental Studies from Yale School of the Environment and a degree in Communication and Social Sciences from Universidad de las Américas Puebla.
