Laurie Pare

Laurie Pare is Chairman of the Audit Committee of Carbon Engineering. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a former partner with Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP. Laurie is also a member of the board of directors of Enhance Energy Inc., a private company based in Calgary that is focused on Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage technology.
