Mohammad Faghihi

Mohammad Faghihi has extensive work experience in the field of process systems engineering and simulation. Mohammad is currently serving as the Director of Process Systems Engineering at Carbon Engineering Ltd. Since 2015, they have held various roles at AVEVA, including Senior Lead Simulation Engineer and Simulation Engineer. During their time at AVEVA, they were responsible for developing high fidelity operator training simulators for complex projects and successfully delivering dynamic simulations for refinery and upgrader plants. Prior to their tenure at AVEVA, Mohammad worked as a Simulation Consultant at Schneider Electric - Invensys in 2014 and as an Independent Process Simulation Advisor for an independent client in 2013.

Mohammad Faghihi holds a B.Sc in Polymer Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic. Mohammad also has a Master of Science (MS) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Ottawa. Additionally, Mohammad has acquired certifications in Foundations of Project Management from Mitacs Inc., and in Relational Databases and computer programming from the University of Calgary.
