Ian Toner

Ian Toner serves as the Vice President of Clinical Operations & Program Development at Carbon Health since April 2020, with previous experience as Vice President of Program Development. Prior to Carbon Health, Ian held the position of Executive Director of Strategic Programs and Head of B2B Strategy at Aetna, focusing on value-based care across payer-provider joint ventures. Ian's career at CVS Health included roles such as Director of Product & Process Innovation, where a new business model for long-term care pharmacy was developed. Ian's earlier experience includes strategic roles at AAA, managing venture capital funds and supporting product development in the insurance sector. Ian holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BS in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
