Murat Akbal

Murat Akbal currently serves as the Director of Product Engineering at Carbon Health, a position held since August 2017, following a progressive career at Udemy from June 2011 to August 2017 where roles included Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer. Prior experience includes contributions to backend projects during a part-time software development role, as well as a software development internship focused on JW Player plugin development. Murat Akbal also led the web group at the METU Computer Club, where instruction in web development and application development took place. Murat Akbal earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University, graduating in 2013.
