Sujal Mandavia

Having been in practice for over 20 years, Dr. Mandavia joins Carbon Health with extensive senior healthcare management experience. He most recently served as Senior Vice President at TeamHealth, a leading physician practice, where he supported 2,000 providers across the western U.S. In his role as Chief Medical Officer at Carbon Health, Mandavia will be responsible for overseeing all clinical operations and protocols, as well as the continued expansion of Carbon Health’s world-class clinical care offering.
