Vikram Varma, MD MBA FACEP, currently serves as the Area Medical Director for New Jersey & Pennsylvania and Central Jersey at Carbon Health since October 2021, after holding positions as Chief of Urgent Care Services and Medical Director at Central Jersey Urgent Care from June 2018 to January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine and SST staffing at Envision Healthcare from January 2013 to January 2022, as well as Medical Director and Attending Physician roles at JEMS from July 2002 to November 2012. Vikram Varma holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and completed an Emergency Medicine Residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, along with earning an MBBS from Guys and St. Thomas's Hospital in London.
