Michael Craig

Michael Craig has a diverse work experience. Michael is currently working as a Machine Learning Engineer at Carbon Re since October 2022. Prior to that, from September 2018 to August 2022, they pursued a PhD in Computational Chemistry at Trinity College Dublin. Michael also worked as a Visiting Researcher at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory from January 2022 to April 2022. In 2018, they had a data science internship at Corvil. Before that, they worked at Datalex as an Infrastructure Engineering Analyst and as an Infrastructure Engineering Analytics Intern from September 2017 to January 2018 and June 2017 to September 2017, respectively. Michael started their professional career as a volunteer at FoodCloud from October 2016 to September 2017.

Michael Craig obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computational Chemistry from Trinity College Dublin from 2018 to 2022. Prior to this, they completed their BA Mod degree in Theoretical Physics, achieving a First Class Honors (1.1) from Trinity College Dublin between 2014 and 2018. In terms of additional certifications, Michael completed the "Machine Learning Engineering for Production (MLOps) Specialization" from Coursera in April 2022. Michael also obtained the "Java SE8 I Programmer" certification from Oracle in August 2017.
