Chief Program Manager at Carbon Revolution

Marcus Presser BEng, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marcus currently serves as the Chief Program Manager at Carbon Revolution since May 2021, where they are responsible for leading the development of highly innovative carbon fibre wheel designs for global customers. Marcus also plays a crucial role in supporting rapid company growth by developing the design team, driving collaboration across the business, and streamlining design & quality management processes.

Before joining Carbon Revolution, Marcus worked as the Product Design Engineering Manager at Carbon Revolution from August 2017 to May 2023. During their tenure, they led the development of highly innovative carbon fibre wheel designs, supported company growth, and streamlined design and quality management processes.

Prior to Carbon Revolution, Marcus served as the Project Manager (NPI) at Baxter Laboratories Pty Ltd from December 2016 to July 2017.

Marcus also has valuable experience working as the Product Engineering Manager at Chassis Brakes International from July 2011 to November 2016. In this role, Marcus provided leadership to a diverse team, drove timely completion of complex new product introduction projects, and facilitated global cross-functional collaboration.

Marcus has also worked at Robert Bosch as a Senior Product Development Engineer in Japan from January 2008 to June 2011, where they managed the introduction of new brake systems for multinational manufacturing regions and served as the key technical contact with Japanese customers.

Furthermore, Marcus has an experience as a Product Development Engineer at PBR from July 2004 to December 2007. Here, they designed and developed mechanical components and assemblies, resolved product performance issues utilizing problem-solving and six sigma techniques.

Lastly, Marcus started their career as a Process Engineer at Uncle Toby's, a division of Goodman Fielder, from July 1999 to June 2000. Marcus carried out continuous improvement projects on food processing production lines and developed project proposals for management review.
