Adam Nolan is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and product development. Currently serving as Chief Engineer of Moulding at Carbon Revolution since December 2019, Adam has previously held the role of Senior Production Engineer within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as an RPEng (Mech) Assessor for RPEng Professionals Australia and a significant tenure at Ford Motor Company from 2003 to 2019, where Adam progressed through various roles, culminating as Senior Technical Engineer and Team Leader in control system integration. Adam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from RMIT University and has achieved a Six Sigma Black Belt designation. Adam is noted for mentoring junior engineers, leading global teams, and being a co-author of three patents for innovative technologies.
