Toby Lawson

Toby Lawson is a Senior Product Engineer at Carbon Revolution, with a focus on product development and design. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at ABMARC, specializing in suspension design and reverse engineering for VASS Engineering approval, as well as a Mechanical Engineer at Insnrg Pool and Spa Equipment, where Toby concentrated on CAD/CAM and assembly process optimization in pool equipment manufacturing. Earlier roles include Warranty/Quality Co-Op Engineer at GM Holden, where responsibility for warranty and quality assurance led to a strong interest in technical problem solving and application of Design for Six Sigma principles, and Store Manager at Liquorland, where management skills and customer-centric strategies were developed. Toby holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University.
