Jerry Bastida

Jerry Bastida is an accomplished professional in the field of customer support and technical management, currently serving as the Director of Support at Carbon Robotics since November 2021. With a diverse career spanning over two decades, Jerry has held progressively responsible positions including Senior Manager of Customer Support and Escalations Manager at Carbon Robotics, Support Manager for APAC at ExtraHop, and Senior Manager of Technical Support at Outreach.
