Carbon Trust
Arturo has more than ten years of experience in technology management, financial infrastructure and sustainability, having worked in the private sector, development banks, and academia.
Based in the Carbon Trust’s office in Mexico City, Arturo focuses on green finance, energy efficiency, clean technology and innovation initiatives. Prior to joining the Carbon Trust, he worked at the Mexican Stock Exchange and collaborated with international financial institutions including the Inter-American Development Bank and the German development bank KfW, participating in the design, planning, and implementation of sustainable housing programmes. He also collaborated in the development of methodologies and software tools for assessing sustainability criteria in housing projects.
Arturo holds a master’s degree in Technology Policy with a specialisation in sustainable development from the University of Cambridge, and an honours degree in Industrial Engineering from ITAM.
