Nicolas Castet has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Starting in 1999 at Rhodia, they served as the Group Credit Manager, overseeing the creation of the Credit Management Department and improving cash flow generation. Nicolas then became the Corporate Finance Manager, negotiating banking and structured financings during a period of both growth and a severe liquidity crisis.

In 2008, Castet joined Solvay as the Finance Director. Nicolas led financial and strategic planning, managed a multinational financial team, and achieved significant financial performance improvements, including doubling EBITDA and cash flow.

Castet moved on to Cerdia in 2016, where they held multiple roles. As the Global Key Account Director - Asia Pacific, they developed and executed the commercial strategy, securing multiyear agreements and expanding sales in new markets. Additionally, they established and managed Cerdia Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, coordinating the creation of the affiliate and establishing logistics platforms.

Most recently, Castet joined Carbon Waters in 2022 as the Chief Operating Officer.

Nicolas Castet received their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Université Montesquieu Bordeaux 4. Nicolas'seducation at this institution, however, lacks specific start and end years. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree in Bank, Finance, and International Trade from the same university, which they completed between 1997 and 1998.
