Daphne Yin

Daphne Yin currently serves as the Director of Land Policy at Carbon180, where leadership focuses on advancing U.S. policy for sustainable agricultural and forest practices that promote carbon, soil, and watershed health. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Impact at Conservation X Labs, leading strategic impact initiatives, and as the Head of Climate and Sustainability at Indufor Ltd, overseeing climate assessments and support for donor-funded environmental projects. Daphne's earlier roles as a consultant and research assistant in various organizations, such as Governance, Environment, and Markets Initiative and Project Drawdown, contributed to expertise in community forest management, carbon sequestration, and sustainability indicators. Education includes a Master of Environmental Management from Yale School of the Environment and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago.
