Silvia Mazzucchelli

Silvia Mazzucchelli has extensive experience in the corporate world. Silvia began their career in 2014 as Chief Merchandising Officer for TOMS Shoes Inc. In 2016, they became Chief Marketing and Merchandising Officer for American Apparel. In 2017, they were appointed Board Director for The PAS Group Limited. In 2018, they became Board Director and CEO for The Collected Group, a KKR portfolio company. In 2019, they were appointed CEO for ModCloth, a Walmart E-Commerce portfolio company. In 2020, they became Board Chair for Sequential Brands Group and Board Director for Carbon38. In 2021, they became Senior Advisor for The Boston Consulting Group. In 2022, they were appointed Board Director for Sleepme Inc. and Board Chair for COYUCHI.

Silvia Mazzucchelli obtained their MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management in Entrepreneurial Studies between 1999 and 2001. From 1990 to 1995, they obtained their Laurea in Economia Aziendale (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration) from Università Bocconi. Silvia also obtained an International Business Diploma from the Stockholm School of Economics in 1994.
