Allan Nisperos

Allan Nisperos is a seasoned professional in equipment maintenance and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Equipment Maintenance and Engineering at Carbon since October 2019. Allan has a robust background in the field, with previous roles including Senior Equipment Engineer at both Alta Devices and Tesla, where Allan managed complex tool installations and project schedules. Allan's experience extends to First Solar as a Development Engineer, and Applied Materials as a Program Manager, where Allan led cross-functional teams and interfaced with customers to drive improvements and ensure project success. Allan Nisperos holds a B.S. in Technical Management from DeVry University and an A.S. in Electronic Engineering from Heald College.
