Andrew Allen Peters

Andrew Allen Peters has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrew Allen started their career as a Ford Model at Ford Models, Inc. from February 2006 to January 2012. Following that, they worked as a Store Manager at Best Buy, overseeing business operations and managing a team of over 130 employees from June 2002 to February 2012.

Peters then joined the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office as a San Mateo County Sheriff Cliff Rescue Volunteer, specializing in cliff rescue on the San Mateo County Coast from January 2012 to June 2014.

Afterwards, Peters joined Tesla and held several roles, including Bay Area Delivery Manager, Program Manager in Global Delivery Operations, Supervisor in End of Line Operations, and Associate Manager in End of Line Operations from May 2012 to October 2016. In these roles, they were responsible for managing production, logistics, and delivery operations, ensuring high-quality products, and providing leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Andrew Allen then moved on to work at Carbon as a Production Manager from November 2016 to December 2018, where they achieved human resource and operational objectives, met financial goals, and provided recommendations for improvement. Andrew Allen later became a Senior Production Manager at Carbon, where they managed daily production operations, implemented new inventory management systems, and mentored a team of 15 production employees from December 2018 to March 2021.
