Jimmy Lim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and production management within the polymer and biomedical device sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of QA Engineering for Resin Operations at Carbon since May 2016, Jimmy has previously held significant roles at DSM, including Production Manager and QC Manager for specialty medical polymers, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing FDA and ISO 13485 compliant manufacturing operations and quality programs. With foundational experience as a Lead Analytical Chemist at Polymer Technology Group, Jimmy possesses a deep proficiency in various analytical techniques and has demonstrated a strong capability in team leadership and operational efficiency. Jimmy earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
