Kaitlyn Bailey

Kaitlyn Bailey is a seasoned professional in program management and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Production Applications at Carbon since March 2019, where responsibilities include leading development projects for productive applications utilizing DLS. Previously, Kaitlyn held the position of Senior Design Engineer at Carbon, focusing on application development, translating customer requirements into effective designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful production readiness. Prior experience includes roles as an Applications Engineer and Customer Service Representative at FATHOM, where Kaitlyn provided technical sales support and developed educational content for additive manufacturing. In the early career stage, Kaitlyn worked as a Project Engineer at Ace Metal Crafts, managing projects in stainless steel fabrication.
