Emanuel Diaconu is a seasoned professional in business development and recruitment, currently serving as Business Development Manager at Carbon60 Global within the Impellam Group since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Recruitment Consultant at Coyle Personnel and Chargé de recrutement at Groupe Proman, where skills in talent placement in the construction industry were honed.
