Michel-Ange Romelus has a diverse and extensive work experience in project management. Michel-Ange started their career as a Project Coordinator at Combined Insurance in 1999 and later became a Program and Project Manager at AON from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they worked at Fusepoint Managed Services as a Project Manager from 2005 to 2010. In 2010, they moved to Savvis Canada as a Sr. Bilingual Project Manager. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness Solutions, Inc. and then joined Tyco SimplexGrinnell as a Senior Project Manager from 2013 to 2014. Michel-Ange also worked at The Globe and Mail as a Senior Project Manager in 2014 and Centrilogic as a Senior Project Manager from 2011 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they held the position of Senior Project Manager at Manulife Asset Management. In 2016, they joined Carbon60 Networks as a Technical Account Manager, their current role.

Michel-Ange Romelus obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Computer Science from McMaster University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In 2007, they attended Humber College to pursue a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, although the degree name is not specified. Later on, in August 2015, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance and also earned a PMP certification from PMI Southern Ontario Chapter in July 2015. Michel-Ange further acquired an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services in October 2019, and a PRINCE2 Agile Foundation & Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in May 2019.
