Robert Lalonde

Robert Lalonde is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering and talent operations, currently serving as the Director of Talent and Staffing Operations at Sogeclair since September 2021. Prior to this role, Robert held various managerial positions at Sogeclair - MSB from October 2015 to September 2021, focusing on recruitment, organizational development, and manufacturing engineering. Earlier experience includes managerial roles at Alta Precision Inc. and Bombardier Aerospace, where Robert contributed to engineering, manufacturing, and operations from 1994 to 2014. Robert's technical foundation was established with degrees from Ecole Nationale Aerotechnique and Polytechnique Montréal, complemented by advanced management training at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management.
