Julie Grimes Waldorf earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy, French, and Political Science from the University of Mississippi, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended Harvard Law School from 1992 to 1995 and obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a concentration in International Law.
