Hoa Phan

Hoa Phan is a distinguished lead scientist at CarbonFarm since August 2022. As the founder and managing director of WiFEC since March 2020, Hoa has demonstrated strong leadership in the field. Additionally, Hoa serves as a SAR remote sensing scientist researcher at CESBIO and worked as a postdoctoral researcher at IRD from January 2021 to July 2022. Prior experiences include a research engineer role at TELESPAZIO FRANCE from 2015 to 2018 and an international internship at JAXA in 2013. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Sciences of the Universe, Environment, and Space from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, a Master's degree in Physical Fundamentals in Remote Sensing from Université Paris Cité, a Master's in Space Science from the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Hue University's College of Education, Vietnam.
