Tim Chapman is currently the Chief Data Architect at CarbonFarm. Prior to this role, Tim was the Lead Data Engineer at Voodoo.io and the Lead Data Architect at Solocal. Tim has a background in data science and engineering, with experience in building microservices, migrating infrastructure to cloud platforms, and designing solutions for unification projects. Tim also has experience in electrical engineering and has worked on control systems auditing and inventory management at Chevron. With a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Tim possesses a strong technical background in various fields.

Reducing these emissions is important and carbon investors are willing to pay farmers to do so. But this requires transparency. Transparency over the methods farmers are employing, transparency over the emissions they produce. CarbonFarm is using satellite data and artificial intelligence to provide this transparency.
