Prior to this role, Vassily was a Founder in Residence at Entrepreneur First, where Vassily helped individuals develop their ideas and secure funding. Vassily also has experience as a Senior Consultant at McKinsey & Company, focusing on sustainability issues. Vassily has a strong background in data science and analytics, with previous roles in various companies like Amazon and Cardabel. Vassily holds a MS in Management Science & Engineering from Columbia Business School and a MS in Applied Mathematics & Economics from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech.

Reducing these emissions is important and carbon investors are willing to pay farmers to do so. But this requires transparency. Transparency over the methods farmers are employing, transparency over the emissions they produce. CarbonFarm is using satellite data and artificial intelligence to provide this transparency.
